Carnival Cruise Line’s new flagship Carnival Celebration arrived in Grand Turk today, making the ship’s first call to a Caribbean port. The ship is currently sailing its inaugural voyage, a special six-day Thanksgiving cruise.

Carnival Cruise Line’s 50th birthday celebration is ready for the grand finale, and it involves a spectacular gift to its guests as the company took delivery of Carnival Celebration, the fleet’s newest Excel-class ship and sister to Mardi Gras, at a signing ceremony at Meyer Turku in Turku, Finland.

In celebration of World Space Week, Carnival Cruise Line announced today that it is partnering with Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex to launch a children’s space program with activities inspired by NASA science, which will debut on Carnival Celebration this November.

With a ship as expansive and exciting as Carnival Cruise Line’s new Carnival Celebration, there will be countless ways to celebrate with never-before-seen live entertainment. From new main production shows and aerialist acts to game shows, parties and events, the ship’s new unique offerings have been designed to be as much celebrations as they are performances, with elevated and engaging presentations, upbeat vibes, energetic music, playful choreography, colorful scenes, and tons of fun.

Carnival Cruise Line’s newest ship, Carnival Celebration, is one more milestone closer to her highly-anticipated debut in her homeport of PortMiami after successfully completing sea trials in the Baltic Sea.

For all the many toast-worthy moments to come on board Carnival Celebration, set to debut at PortMiami in November, Carnival Cruise Line is giving a glimpse at some of the special cocktails created to flavor future vacations on board its next new ship with an homage to the cruise line’s hometown homeport.
