Royal Caribbean Group’s new Galveston terminal, which is opening Nov. 9, will be the first cruise terminal to generate 100% of its needed energy through on-site solar panels. Carnival Ecstasy Sets Sail for Final Voyage
Carnival Ecstasy is beginning its final cruise today, and the ship that has carried nearly 5.5 million guests on fun and memorable vacations since 1991 brought many longtime Carnival cruisers to Mobile, Ala. to embark on the farewell voyage. The sold-out five-day cruise, which includes visits to Cozumel and Progreso, Mexico, is the last of more than 2,300 voyages for the ship.

MSC Cruises announced today that MSC Opera will become a cruise ship hotel in Doha working in cooperation with Qatar’s Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy. The ship will be berthed in the port from November 19 to December 19, joining MSC World Europa and MSC Poesia during that period.
